We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 balconies and a well equipped kitchen. We had a sea view in the distance as it is about a 10 min walk downhill to Hastings St (and uphill on the way back). They offer a buggy service to help those who need it. The room was good however the cleanliness could be improved. There were dirty plates and cutlery and the windows were covered in smudges of handprints.
There is a smallish resort pool and steam room however the pool bar wasn't open for the 2 days we were there even though we were there in the promoted opening hours.

In intared Resort there is 4 square meters dedicated smoking area which is wery dirty but smokers are guests which should be look after some as non smokers. Smokers should be able to enjoy coffee and drink with cigarettes or cigar.

Great location for walking into Hastings St. very spacious accommodation, with good facilities and very clean.
Excellent lunch time special at the restaurant.

This property was beautiful inside and out. A with a lovely view from our room, to a perfect bed and pillow. The lounge room was very comfortable too. We never heard any of our neighbours, just the birds outside.
If I had to find a complaint, it would be when the tiled floor got wet, they were very slippery. Including the shower floor.
Sometimes we had to wait for a table for breakfast but the meal was worth the wait.

We shared a four bedroom villa with another family and it was an amazing vacation! We felt very safe going around the resort property with four little girls, and the pools were nicely heated, and it was very easy to order food and drinks from the pool. The villa also had washer and dryer. The villa felt very spacious. We also enjoyed the buggy rides to and from town.

Beds ….. I pay through the nose for a night away for my wife and king bed turns out to be that gosh awful uneven 2-single format and hard as rock - have a better bed at Home !
The shower /Hot water - bahahaha an EV tripped the power and hot water was non existent when needed - hmmm

Very helpful and friendly staff, great check in process. Parking very convenient, lot of facilities in room.
Aircon wasn't working, as there is a seperate switch in an odd position along a hallway...the aircon control panel cannot be operated without this switch on. Apartment was pretty cold all night until I found this switch at 11pm.
