Receptionist during my stay - was outstanding !!

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was extremely clean and was just renovated. Everything was both new, and well designed and thought out. We slept very well at night as the room was isolated well from outside or inside noise. The AC was very good. The hotel is located in a good area, relatively close to the city center. It is a 10 - 20 minutes of a walk downhill there, and a slightly harder walk back because it is a walk uphill. There is a bus station located 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. All in all, we had an amazing stay.

The food in the restaurant was delicious! The few “negatives” are: the hotel is next to a very busy road (noise); there is only one small elevator in the hotel and no luggage carts. The third floor is being renovated and there were some safety issues such as the stairs were blocked so in case of fire how do you get down from the 4th floor???; limited parking.

The room was tidy but not clean - carpet was dirty, bathroom had a bad smell, shower was not clean. The air condition was not working. The AC was in a closed box standing on the balcony. So the room was very warm. The breakfast is limited to just a few items. For the extra expense for the breakfast I expected more variety.

Such an excellent location and beautiful hotel. The restaurant is amazing, and the staff was incredible. I will most definitely be going back there in the summer.

The location is excellent for safety and access, close to the city center and airport. The facility is clean and functional, and the personnel is friendly and helpful. Great experience! I will go back!

This was the worse hotel experience of my life.The staff was so rude and almost denied my check in because even though i was vaccinated she stated that my vaccine card was fake.This Hotel shoudl be romeved from expedia imidiatelly

This location is a little outside the downtown core but is within a 15-20 minute walk. The onsite restaurant has great food and exceptional service. I have stayed in three different room types and all are spacious and well-appointed for their class. The beds are comfortable so I slept as well as if not better than at home. Overall this is a great propriety at an amazing price.

The Hotel is good for a one night stay, it’s mainly for business people, it’s a good 20 minutes walks to downtown. 15 minutes taxi ride to train station. Louis

Dark red stain on bathroom floor. It was cold in our room on arrival. We had to call down to tell staff and then locate the radiator. We then saw radiator had not been turned on. Would be nice if staff would have warned us of this or preheated before our arrival. Soap in bathroom downstairs was from Aldi’s Cien brand, and not only that, the container was dirty. Toilet seat was left up and not enough toilet roll so I would advise owners not to cheapen out and to pay attention to details.

Very nice hotel for city breaks, quite close to the city center. Very clean, staff was very helpful and kind. I would recommend it without hesitation.
