If you want luxury, this is the place to go! I’m not a city person so I loved being by the water to have quiet time. Whatever service you want, they can provide. Thanh and Hue (Henry) were so kind and chatting with Emilie was a pleasure (staff in training). When my stomach was unsettled they suggested ginger tea and it helped a lot. I loved the swimming pool and the restaurant. Because it’s a smaller hotel everyone is very personable and I prefer that. I had to leave a day early and I asked if a relative could stay in my room and they said yes. I stayed in the junior suite and kind deluxe (one night) and loved my rooms. I will be back!

I recently stayed at Mia Resort, which was advertised as a luxury hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the very beginning, the communication was poor at best. I received incorrect information prior to check-in, setting the tone for a frustrating stay. Upon checking in, I was surprised to find my room decorated for a "Happy Anniversary." There was no anniversary to celebrate, making this an embarrassing and unnecessary addition to the room. Later that night, the power went out, and we were not informed that the air conditioning would need to be manually reset. This resulted in our baby's room becoming dangerously warm. Babies are particularly vulnerable to overheating, and in the worst-case scenario, this could have been fatal. We only discovered the situation thanks to an alarm on our baby monitor warning of the heat. To add to the discomfort, there was a persistent banging noise in the room that the hotel staff could not identify or resolve. This noise made it difficult for our baby to nap, compounding the stress of the situation. Although the banging eventually stopped, the hotel never figured out what it was. Miss Quinn, the front desk manager, took over the communication and did her best to assist us. However, despite all the issues we faced, there was no effort to compensate for our troubles. Really beautiful hotel, rooms are quiet with lovely views and it’s a real escape from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. The breakfast, pool, rooftop bar and spa all 10/10. Our only complaint would be that we couldn’t use the milk frother in the room without having to pay for fresh milk which felt a bit odd. Saigon-opoly in our room was a nice touch!

The interior and amenities of the room were excellent. Especially the amenities, whose packaging was so cute that it felt almost wasteful to use them. Of course, the hotel facilities were impressive as well; right after entering, you could see a spacious pool and the Saigon River straight ahead, which alone provided a sense of openness. I was able to take a long, relaxing bath in the bathtub, which helped soothe the weariness of a long journey. I definitely want to stay at this hotel again next time.

My husband was not feeling well after our 2nd day and the hotel reacted promptly by providing transport and a hotel representative to get medicine. 2 thumbs up for excellent service esp the receptionist names Quinn

Great service started before the stay. The staff were all supportive and tried to meet my request. The room was simply lovely and you could see a nice view. Not noisy at all, rather quiet and we could relax. The breakfast was also wonderful. So just perfect.

There was no hot water in the shower in our room. After swimming in the pool, I went up to our room to shower, and even after 10 minutes of running the water, it never got hot. I even switched the direction of the handle, and nope, the water only switched between freezing cold and cold. I called the front desk, and housekeeping went up to the room, but said "it will take too long to fix, we'll do it tomorrow." the next day, I checked out, and the employee was Thuy, who never smiled or asked how my stay was. When I brought up the hot water issue, she just repeatedly asked if we had informed them. No apology, no customer service. Later, I was told by an employee that the handle was turned the wrong way, as if I wasn't intelligent enough to know how to use the shower. I informed him that I tried the handle both ways, and it never got hot (again, even after 10-15 minutes). Terrible customer service, and don't even get me started on the awful spa. Super rude customer service there as well, constantly pressuring me to change the type of massage I booked, and very lackluster massage. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable spacious rooms. Clean and well stocked. Perfect view of the river From rooftop at sunset and by the pool. good location for f&b and shopping. Also great service at the spa!
