Very clean and as described, really nice common area on 3rd floor.

Great apartment.Good location. Had full kitchen and utensils. Only problem was the shower leaked on the floor and I did not realize til I got out. Luckily the room has a washer and dryer so I could dry the towels

Our stay was amazing, great service, staff, beautiful rooms and wonderful amenities at the pool and lounge areas! We would give it 7 stars if we could. Plenty of great restaurants and take out rt on the block!

Awesome place to stay. Way better than a standard hotel for the same price. More space, super clean and modern and the amenity floor is incredible.

Quiet, clean, safe, friendly staff, and trendy layout. Nice pool area. Spent 4 nights while in Philadelphia for a conference. Very comfortable apartment with no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.

Had stayed at the Rittenhouse location years ago and found this location while making reservations. The front desk staff could not be more hospitable & the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Loved having access to the building amenities such as coffee bar gym and pool.

The front desk staff were unorganized and not really helpful. The room itself was large and comfortable and had all the amenities you could need (minus robes and slippers). Having a laundry unit (with detergent) was super helpful after traveling for 2 weeks. The bed and pillows were comfy. The safe wasn’t adhered to the wall or FFE so that was concerning. The pool was nice.
The area was decent. For the price for sq footage, it was a really valuable choice.

I can highly recommend the Roost for short or long stays. It’s a nice alternative to a hotel room. I really enjoyed having a living room and kitchen.
And the highlight of this property is having a floor, dedicated to activities; such as a lap pool, barbecue area, gym, library and a dog walking park.
