This is my fifth time going there so it’s a definite winner for me. The staff was good, and it was a restorative stay. The steam and cold room seemed to be out of order this time around but it is not enough to discourage me from going back in the future. The breakfast is convenient and a good way to start the day. I highly recommended this place

It was a nice place and convenient location for my trip. It’s a little dated but was clean and comfortable. I may stay there again if in the area.

Our stay was acceptable, the place was clean however when I asked for my room to be cleaned after the second day housekeeping said they "didn't do that" so I cleaned the room myself. They gave me mop and gave me cleaning stuff to clean my room. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful even the housekeepers were very courteous even though they did not wish to clean my room the grounds were clean the breakfast was okay all in all it was a nice day I did not like my room right behind the front desk as it was quite noisy early mornings and late nights when people were checking out and checking in also the last night we were there there were kids on both sides of us got no sleep whatsoevery

I didn’t like our room which had no view. It was on the bottom floor (115) and was looking up to the driveway. You should let people know before booking the room that there is no view. The hallway and room carpets looked old and stained. The TV was not turning on and we had to call the front office twice to turn it on and the volume was fluctuating without touching the controls. I would not stay here again. It was a surprise 50th anniversary surprise for my wife and I was not impressed especially for the amount of money I paid for a two night stay.

I would like to let Berlin Resort know that if you go to their website it’s a $100 cheaper then booking with Expedia. I will never book anything through them again.

The place was very nice. Had a movie theater and a clean pool area and hot tub. Breakfast was hot. Staff was very helpful and I loved that I could text and got a response very quickly.
