Decent hotel.could use some updates but was clean.didnt like that in order to use their wifi u had to sign in using ur email and agree to them sending u emails.

Room was not cleaned and beds were just made and not changed between guests. We complained and they did nothing, had to get beds changed at 9pm. Very poor considering supposed to be 4 star

Great stay, was a little disappointed that the hot tub was under maintenance, but also i wish we would have been told that it would be ready our second night. I found out too late and i cannot go into the pool due to my knee Overall, i am a Sandman fan

The parking spaces are too small and difficult to access due to narrow lane.

Average in all respects and I would look at staying next time in Prince George. I did need laundry as this was a 2 week work trip but none on property. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice. I believe they said they are renovating next year, and new laundry will be part of the reno.

Very narrow spots. Rows are too close together.

Our room was spacious, well-suited for our long stay, with a sitting room, mini kitchen and large spacious bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains kept the light out. Staff were very courteous and friendly.

Dirty food in fridge left from previous tenants,sliding glass door had no way to lock it,put in another room same problem with sliding glass door,hallways dirty, room not that clean,coffee was disgusting waste of time making it ..when told at the desk about everything they were less than concerned,won’t be back.

They tried to blame Expedia for all changes they gave our room away before we got there and said it’s your fault not hotel I called in and changed it before we came

didnt ike the wifi set-up and no coffee choices. beds were very short. im 5' 10" and barely had enough mattress.

Overall, it's a decent place to stay. I'd give it 3.5/5 stars if Expedia would allow this rating. The thing to know is that once you get past the lobby, the whole place is run down. The kitchen suite I had was appreciated, but again rundown. The marble counter is badly marked up, stained and separated at the junctions with a very amateurish attempt at repair. The room was relatively clean but there was yellowish grime stuck on bathroom door. The bathroom wood trim is badly deteriorated from humidity and water contact. The gym is badly in need of investment, with equipment that is I would estimate ~20 years old and low quality to begin with. There is a "24 hour" GoodLife Fitness next door, which isn't open 24 hours. On weekends it currently closes at 7pm. There is no laundry facility which is surprising for a hotel of this size. Front desk staff seemed friendly and competent.
