We booked our stay at the last minute due to some unforeseen issues with another booking and we were not disappointed. The team accommodated us and were kind and helpful. The location was great and we enjoyed being in a neighborhood that was less “touristy”. The room was clean and spacious and we were lucky enough to have an outdoor patio to relax in. We booked the suite (for 4 adults) with a pull out sofa bed which was a bit hard after a few days, but very manageable. For the amount of time we were in the room, the space was perfect!

Upon check in we were told that we had breakfast and the clerk told us when and where and was overall very friendly and polite. the next morning when we arrived for the breakfast they informed us that we would have to pay for it.. we argued a bit but were hungry and charged it. One staff should talk to the other upon check in as we felt it was a hidden upcharge.

Rooms were clean and had plenty of space! A good option if you’re visiting Barcelona!

We booked the comfort room with kitchenette which had a cooker and mini fridge, however when we received the room there was no kitchenette. When we asked at reception they just dismissed that we didnt receive the room we booked and just asked well what do you need? They offered to keep our fridge items in the fridge in reception but this wasnt ideal but more importantly it wasnt what we booked. Felt deceived by the pics. Everything else was good. But just be careful because the room you book and paid for may not be what you receive once your there.
