Super clean, good location, good staff. All the amenities i needed and more

Nice ApartHotel, room wasn't the type we booked, but still OK. Room was clean, beds were good enough! Shower was clogged, so you had to stop every 30 seconds to drain the water. Good breakfast buffet

Even you pay online they request your credit card details to be written down at the reception. The alternative is to provide deposit of 50 EUR (2x More than the prise of your reservation). In case of you dont have a credit card (or you are not willing to give them the details) or you dont have 50 eur you will not be able to stay thete, even your reservation is advanced paid. Guest checking form requires your concent, that you allow them to process your data and refers to a document, which is not present, but you need to agree that you read and understood it. Last section of hotel rules refers that you agree to be charged for special services 500 zloty, where no one i the hotel can explai what special services for 500 zloty are

Lovely Apartment but about a 15-20 minute walk from the old town and river. Local bars about a 5-10 minute walk

Be aware this is an apartment and not all rooms are run by the one organisation. The apartment itself is really nice but extremely noisy. Very poor insulation from other guests. Our neighbours arrived drunk at 1am and were shouting at each other in the hall then continued their party in the room until after 3am. Other guest up the hall were also in party mode at a similar time. Management is not on site 24 hrs so we had no one to complain to. Next morning our complaint was taken on board but we were told our noisy neighbours were on their guest list and they would address the situation but the other noisy guests were from another booking agency and they could do nothing about them. We were also told the next night may be the same as there was a festival in town. We decided to cut our stay short and moved out. Hotels.com took up our refund application and got back to us saying the hotel itself refused to refund our unused accommodation however hotels.com gave us a monetary credit to use with our next booking. So thanks hotels.com but no thanks to Residence Aparthotel. An overall very unpleasnt end to what looked like good accommodation

Seamless check in and departure. Clean, comfortable and helpful staff . Highly recommend .

1 double bed, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with a washing machine in it. Plenty 9f power outlets and a decent enough wifi.

This was a pleasant stay. Well worth the money. I am satisfied in every way.

A leisure vacation with a friend. Everything was fine, breakfast very cheap including coffee. Daily cleaning. Pleasant staff, nice and comfort room. Cheap booking.
