Everything was great! The staff was friendly, everything was clean and our room was spacious and reasonably-priced. I would definitely go back!

We stayed here twice. Most local hotels do not have a gym. The gym is really good and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is set in a great location. The staff is nice and the property includes tennis courts. The beaches are magnificent and close by to take a great beach walk or amazing pictures even in the cold months. We were very pleased and appreciative because we only knew of the hotel from the Expedia app, otherwise we would never have known to stay there. We got amazing bagels across the street at Goldberg perhaps the best, most delicious bagels we ever had. Thanks once again Expedia.

My room was for the most part was quiet and comfortable. The shower was good. However, when I flushed the toilet it sounded like Niagara Falls. Also, the combination in-the-wall heater and A/C was pretty noisy. I like the couch where I could sit and watch TV. The staff was good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Television was fairly easy to use. They also answered the telephone up front when I called to ask a question. I would stay there again.

They allowed me to check in very early because the room was already cleaned, thanks for that! It is a little bit complicated to get out to the street, but I have seen worse in the Hamptons. In the room that I got this time, the toilet was not for average-height people, but everything was super clean. I would stay again (this was second time).

Beach pass availability made this hotel a no-brained. Staff , especially Vicky and Jackie, was very nice and accommodating. Renovated rooms were nice, although bathroom was small and tight. Overall very nice and would definitely stay again.

Affordable option in East Hampton. Was clean, very large room with nice views of the property. At first we had a worse room, and the AC was not working but the quickly moved us to the room nextdoor which was much better. Would return for sure!

Had we known we would have heard nothing but noise, walking, and literally everything going on in the room above us, we would have NEVER switched from our original booking we had upstairs! After 10 minutes being in the room, we called the front office BEFORE anything was disturbed and was untouched in the room but were told we couldn’t switch back. We got zero rest during the night because of the constant noise and extremely loud thin cheap floors above us. This stay was completely unacceptable and cannot believe this is what's offered to paying guests without any warning, as if it’s not a known fact that it’s literally a nightmare and no rest will be had. You can hear a pin drop upstairs! We come to the Hamptons a few times a year from California and thought we’d give staying here a shot. I expect there will be some kind of refund as we did not pay to hear every single step people take and everything they do and we can hear complete conversations as if they’re in our room. It is one o'clock in the morning and we are awake listening to this nonstop walking, talking, dropping things on the floor, and everything else in between! We are exhausted and completely dissatisfied. Livid that we weren't made aware of the noise factor, I doubt we are the only ones who have ever complained about this. James Ramsey

Big huge room (#301) with a few of the gardens...Very nice room with a small kitchenette and a nice place to dine. This was a great find!

I was super excited to stay here for a girls weekend that I had book for my friends and I, only to find out when we got that the room I had booked they never told us wasn’t available. We were handed our room key, got to our room and there was enough beds for all of us to sleep. I called the front desk and was told the room I had booked for all of us wasn’t available and they had one other room available on the complete opposite side of the resort if one person wanted to sleep there. My friends and I got separated, two of a slept in one room sharing a bed and the other two slept in a room on the opposite side of the resort one in a bed and the other on a sofa. I wish this hotel would have notified me way before we had arrived for our stay that out booked room wasn’t available or at least tried to better accommodate us. I asked twice to speak to a manager and both times was told the manager wasn’t there and they would be in touch, and that never happened. When we checked out and asked if we could speak to a manager, the front desk wasn’t very pleasant and said I’ll just take your number down. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.
