The staff is amazing ! Nestor, Amber and Adrian were super helpful and gave us the best experience. We felt so safe and taken care of. The room is cosy and has a lot of space.

The receptionist gave us the greatest intro not only to the hotel, but for all of Bacalar.
What to know, where to go and other very valuable information.
The only thing we could have wished for, was maybe a 20cm wiider bed. But it's a very small objection.
And throughout the stay, the staff was more than accommodating.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I opted for the avocado toast every morning which was so delicious, as well as the coffee and fruit, granola and yogurt. Nestor was brilliant as he was so helpful and friendly. The room was small but cozy and the pool and surrounding areas was lovely. Our stay was perfect! Do not hesitate to book this hotel. We loved it.

The room was clean, A/C kept room cool and comfortable, staff was alway cleaning to maintain property and pool sparking clean, every morning the staff woul great me with a smile, and ask how i slept.

Very clean and nice hotel. Properly different from most other hotels. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. Breakfast was sufficient but no yoghurt and just one cup of coffee.
