What a wonderful hotel. Everything has been thought about. The bed is swoon-worthy. I love that there was a washer/dryer in room, and everything in the little kit he to feel at home. Added bonus is the heated bathroom floor. A definite favorite.

It's immaculate and so well run. The owners put in the hard work themselves, and the result is that it is a pleasure to stay here. Luxury and ease. Very professional.

I asked owner when they renovated as appeared to have been recently done and response was we are always improving the rooms. Excellent condition a real pleasue.

The only suggestion I would make is that the full length mirror on the side wall would be better utilised at the foot of the bed. 😊

We decided to book a second night, our review here is for the Queen Deluxe Room, comfy, clean, stylish & a lovely place to stay!

Super King Bed was Comfy, best nights sleep!

Bluestone on George is an excellent choice for downtown Dunedin. Close to all the shopping, great restaurants, the railway station and The Octagon!

I didn't want to leave. Very comfortable room, spacious, light, small balcony, but it was lovely to have the door open.
Enormous bathroom with large spa bath - it might be difficult for some to get in to use the shower. There is a grab handle.
Nice kitchenette and even has a washing machine.
The guest lounge looked nice, but didn't use this, although they say they offer drinks and platters. May be next time!
Some great eateries close by and around 20 min walk to the Octagon.
