This is an amazing hotel. Great location, pool, food and views. If you try the water villa you will not regret it. Staff and service and cleanliness are second to none.

I recently stayed at the Yacht Classic Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the rooms were impeccably clean and the building itself is quite charming, these were the only highlights of my stay. From the outset, the customer service was abysmal. After booking a couple of days in advance, I tried multiple times to contact the hotel to inquire about some details. Despite my repeated attempts via email and WhatsApp, I received no response until I had already arrived at the hotel. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Whole experience felt robotic and lacked any personal touch, making the experience feel more like a conveyor belt—just in and out with no effort to make guests feel welcome. This impersonal approach extended to the staff at the Mori Restaurant, who seemed utterly miserable. There were no smiles, and when I requested coffee in the morning, the waiter abruptly informed me that there would be an extra charge. While I don’t mind paying extra, the attitude was off-putting. Moreover, I was puzzled by the positive reviews about the breakfast. In my opinion, it was below par with not much variety. To make matters worse, there were flies all around, sitting on the food, which was quite off-putting.In summary, while the Yacht Classic Hotel boasts clean rooms and a nice building, the lack of decent customer service and poor overall experience outweighs these positives.

This was our third visit there’s nothing we don’t love about this place … we’re looking forward to returning ..

I fell in love with this gem of a hotel the moment I walked in and I never wanted to leave. It’s such an amazing place and I enjoyed every second of it. May it be the glamorous Hollywood pool, the beach which reminds one more of a lakeside, or the nightly dinners at the restaurant underneath the stars with the most delicious food….. I’ll be back next year!

Great hotel, very nice facilities. Good to know, it’s across the mosque. We woke up at 5 every morning due to the loud speakers of the prayers.

The place is good and the view of the rooms after the upgrade is beautiful and excellent with a sea view. The breakfast is excellent. The reception staff are wonderfully helpful, one of the wonderful hotels I have stayed in..

The nicest hotel that we have stayed at. The staff are exceptional. Lovely waterfront setting with beautiful pool and restaurant area. This was our first visit to Turkey and we loved it. Will definitely go back to this hotel when we visit the area again.
