A nice place, big rooms, very good breakfast. There is no heating in the public areas, freezing. Also some of the staff were passive aggresive and not so nice or trying to help. Other were really nice. Overall its a nice place but the heating and the level of service need imprivement.

I love this hotel and will stay again. When you enter the hotel the air was so refreshing. The air freshener was so relaxing. The hotel was so clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable especially since I had a king size pillow that definitely made my day. I was expecting queen sized pillows all the way around. I just sank into the bedding and fell asleep. The room was really clean and well stocked. Everything in the hotel I mean every place was immaculate. The breakfast was outstanding not like your usual continental hotel breakfast. As I stated before I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again. There were plenty of restaurants near by to get a variety of food.

Service was excellent. Our family was in town for a swim meet and the staff accommodated us by lettingus check in a bit early and opening up breakfast early the following morning. Their willingness to go out of their way to help was greatly appreciated.

Feel like the bathroom tile needed the grout bleached or cleaned a little better. The same with the shower calk it is starting to show a little age

The room was clean and comfortable. Our only small complaint was the green strobing light on the smoke detector above our bed. The hotel smelled clean and fresh unlike the stale musty smell in many hotels. The continental breakfast was very nice and had a wide variety of hot and cold items. Checkout was simple.

The carpet in the room was dirty...breakfast was terrible, several items were out by 9am. There was no bacon, how can you have breakfast without bacon , pancake machine did not work. Way below what we have come to expect from holiday inn.

Fantastic breakfast biscuits and gravy both days, pancake maker available, and either sausage or bacon and eggs available … pool was small but good size for two or 3 family’s ….nice lobby ,clean rooms and ice machine on each level… lots of places to eat from local to chain and Starbucks near buy

It wasn’t the cleanest place we walked into the room and there was a bunch of grapes on the floor so we know they didn’t vacuum or even look at the floor
