It was not what I expected, the cleanest and upkeep of the hotel was not there. And to top it off , there was no water for over 2 hours.

Housekeeping service was terrible, we ran out of the bathroom toiletries, and they were not replaced when our room was serviced. We ran out of toilet paper twice and had to go out looking for some. On more than one occasion we were told they didn’t have towels to stock our room with clean ones and that as soon as some became available we would have them delivered. Well that didn’t happen. We ended up going downstairs to the pool and using those. The lobby ran out of coffee cups as well, didn’t have any available. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced, not anything compared to what the website stated. $85 us dollars for 4 people and the food was mediocre for that price. Requested a crib and was told one was available for me, and it would be sent up to the room after check in. Had to call for it 2 separate times before it showed up.

Overall comfortable hotel and location was very good. We loved the pool and billiards table at the lobby. The room was tremendously hot, we spend a hell of a night
The air conditioning never got colder than 23•C even as we put the thermostat at 18•C
It was late to call maintenance and we only wanted to sleep but what an awful night.
The hotel is very clean , beautiful and new, but we are never coming back.
