Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good as well
My only complaint was the cost of parking on game day! $40 cash when your staying at the hotel is a rip off. You can park much closer for 1/3 to half the price. Parking right down the street by McDonald's is only $20.

Check in was easy, room was comfortable. We had an issue with the only light in the shower/toilet room was out and new lightbulb couldn’t be found. It was late and no maintenance staff. Lamp was brought in with extension cord so we had light in there. Just not sure how housekeeping staff could miss the light not working when they cleaned in there.

Staff unfriendly. Missing accommodation rewards and paying multiple additional times. Requesting cancellation of payment, customer response was unpleasant. No accommodation recommended.

Nice place. Price was appropriate. Breakfast was good, though just above basic. Place and room were clean. No smells. Kitchenet was very nice! Plenty of room. Beds were good. For a mid priced hotel, very good. Great location to stay for a home OSU game weekend.

I wasn’t able to book the room until the last minute and ended up paying more than I intended but it was a nice room and the receptionist was very helpful and upbeat.

Conveniently located near the university campus, this hotel was comfortable for our one-week stay. The rooms are renovated and spacious with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the shower had very good pressure. Breakfast had plenty of variety and the staff extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

You can tell the property is made to look nice but it isn’t. There was mold in the shower, the couch in our room was covered with blonde hair and stains. There was a giant purple stain on the carpet. Breakfast was stale. I overall did not feel clean my entire stay.

The breakfast was great. Definitely better than average hotel fare. Check-in and check-out were efficient. The staff were very helpful. Parking can be a little tricky, especially if you arrive late.

We stayed for my nephews 5th birthday - went to the Columbus Zoo. The proprty was nice, clean, pool area was clean, they responded quickly to our request for extra towls. Would stay again if we come back.

Modern room with full amenities and super customer service! I accidentally left behind a sundress hanging on a hook on the bathroom door. The next day I called and someone from the front desk checked the room, found my clothing item, saved it for me in a bag marked with my name and room number, and I was able to come pick it up two weeks later. Thank you!

It's a nice hotel and in a decent part of the city. The hotel/room/breakfast were all ok, nothing super special but nothing bad. For the price and the area I was happy with it and was impressed with how quiet it was in the rooms. If I needed to stay in the area again then I would likely stay here.
