Overall stay was okay. The lady who checked me in was really nice. But our room was a little dirty, bathroom doorknob was broken, stains on blankets/pillows, loose hair on bedding and the room had an old smell to it.

I sent them a message saying that my arrival was going to be late and to please hold my reserved room. When I arrived, the person in the front office never came out to help me. I went through a horrible experience and They sold my room to someone else and they still charged my bank card for my reservation. So they are not a acceptable business to the hotel rental service support and very unprofessional owners. They are very good on scamming people for their Money.

Quaint hotel within walking distance to the beach. Great restaurant across the street. Super clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and parking was accessible.

We had a nice stay we spent the whole day at the campground with family. Nice to come to a clean room and bed to sleep in every night. Our family will make this a yearly trip we will continue to stay at Oceani Inn. Close to everything if needed

They charge what the market will bear, and the price varies. The thing is, most other places in the area are much more up-to-date and classy, when compared with this older property. Therefore the price is way, way, way out of line with what you'd normally expect for the money.

The hotel is literally a few minutes away from the beach. The customer service there was excellent. My room was clean. I really had a great time. It was actually very quiet and peaceful.

Convenient location for our purposes but property seemed rundown and overpriced. No active onsite management: no one present to checkout, little to no information when checking in. Other occupants were a little roady and another smoking immediately outside their room yet no one from the site seemed concerned or available to address.

I wish the owners cared more. It's a great area, but the fact they aren't then there and you have to wait on them to come from home or wherever they are to check in is terrible. A little maintenance would go a long way here.
