The power of the resort went out twice during our stay. First when we just arrived in the resort and second time when we about to check out of the hoyel. There are multiple things that happen. 1. The bed guardrail was not install as requested. 2. The room have sewage smell 3. Balcony door was unable to fully closed. 4. TV will turn on on its own after turn if off every 10 mins 5. Power of the room was out for a good hour plus 6. We requested the baby seat for the airport pick up but when the resort picked us up from the airport, no baby seat in the car The power went out again on he day we check out. For minium an hour right before we check out during the time we were packing up. The room got so hot while no power to boil hot water for our baby make milk and no power to flush the toilet. The staff was nice but the issue with facility of power outage is unacceptable.

We had an amazing babymoon stay at Le Meridien. All the staff are always friendly and smiling. Food was great - both breakfast and room service. Area is quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic getaway with Le Meridien.

The staff is very friendly, the environment is very clean. The staff is very kind, the local area is very kind. The taxi stand also very helpful in explaining how it works with one and way two way trips. The breakfast Buffett is fantastic, one of the best a hotel has to offer.

I can’t understand people who gives less than a 5 stars for this hotel ! Everything was perfect! The room the sheet , the cleaning, the pool, the beach the food and the employees!!!!! I would come back anytime !

Overall a nice hotel - however, thinking part is outdated - lots of paint drips everywhere, they didn’t offer us a drink or map at check in….didnt clean room for 3 days….no water offered when had food as waiter said hygiene but it meant you made no money, gym mirrors dirty and one Cycle machine broke…

Beautiful setting with sustainable materials Great pool and fun for kids, next to beachside Nice restaurants on site Quiet area but very far from shopping and activities - you have to plan a day out Was expecting more out of the gym - supervised hours and better, more extensive equipment We have a great time.

Loved my stay here!! It is a long drive from the main area of Phuket but it's exactly what I was looking for. A short ride from the airport and a beautiful resort to enjoy the pool and amenities. Definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! From the food, to the staff, to the location. Everything was stunning. Each morning the breakfast had a range of amazing choices. We enjoyed specialty omelettes, fresh pastries, local cuisines. Lunch at the Nook or Ocean was divine! We even had the chance to meet Chef Bomb and learn about the ingredients he uses. The pasta was the best we’ve ever had!! The rooms were perfect and we really appreciated the range of room options. The beach was so quite and well kept. We enjoyed the pool, which was always kept clean. And the playlist for the restaurants and pool was perfect! Honestly, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in during our travels. We are very grateful to Ratt, Ton Ton, Chef Bomb, AE, Wai, Pat, and everyone who ensured that we had a beautiful time. We’ll be back and we’re definitely telling others!

We appreciated the early check in, the birthday cake and the late check out. The employees were friendly and helpful. Ate several meals at J’s Restaurant and really enjoyed breakfast and the Thai food at lunch and dinner! Nice resort and the beach was great. Good pool area also.

The public swimming pool is too small and out to modern standard, beach is mess with private message and restaurant....

Cleanliness is superb. Hotel setting is impressive, nice surrounding, feel very comfortable. Breakfast is sumptuous with lots of choices.

Everything was perfect

Two of our kids got sick at the same time on the 4th day here. It was some kind of food poisoning from the restaurant. The hotel refused to do anything about it. They were generally pleasant, but implied that we got it elsewhere (despite haven't eaten exclusively there). They wouldn't even comp the meal that got the kids sick. There are better options in Phuket with better beaches and cleanlier kitchens!

20 min from the Airport. Good rooms with comfortable beds. Very nice garden area, bit crowded pool but close to beach. Decent restaurants with a couple of external ones near by.
