Loved the location on the waterfront and walking distance to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a bit of upgrading. Over all very good quality for the price.

The room was huge and the staff was friendly and their English was decent. Something that needs to be said is that many people travel from other provinces that do not speak French because it is not our first language so it is very important to have staff that are bilingual. I appreciate that they could speak English and they were polite. The bed was super comfy, however the pillows were very firm so not the most comfortable.

On both trips to stay there our room was not ready, one time we had to wait 2 hours. An explanation would have been nice - there was a mess, people late in leaving, etc - but we were just left being told to come back after the listed check-in time.
