It iş wonderful living experience in Chiang mai. We lived four days in this hotel. They support me to communicate with grap driver and food delivery because I pin the wrong place for food delivery. The room size is nice and we booked two rooms as family type. The breakfast is amazing good. We like it and enjoy all dishes for rice,noodle,eggs,etc. Everything is prefect and we will book this hotel for next time.

cuz near airport, sounds noisy engine, however didnt mind.

There was hair in the sink. It was not clean. The air conditioner was on top of the bed. It was nice because the room was big. Breakfast was good for the price

Very good service and near Shopping Places , many food shop street food , bar and restaurants such as Maya , One Nimman, Think Park. This hotel for Beakfast it is ok but not serve Northern food and a few food , bread , and salad. I love the bed is very comfortable. I will come again.

Wonderful front desk staff; always kind and helpful. Thank you to management / housekeeping for providing a sweet anniversary decoration!
Room was spacious and clean. Daily breakfast service was decent. Free parking. Near the mall & lots of eateries.
Initially we booked the “Couple Mai” but didn’t realize it was tub only. Luckily, front desk was efficient and moved us to another room with a shower. We enjoyed our stay here & definitely would recommend based on the great service :)

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and general condition of the hotel are good. However, there is insufficient soundproofing to prevent the loud noise of overhead aircraft.

It's very difficult to impossible to control the temperature of the shower. Otherwise, we are very happy and comfortable here.

This hotel has a good location and few meters away from the main road where you can find many restaurants and shops. You can enjoy a massage therapy for a while, too.
Maya Mall around 5 mins walking and can enjoy shopping or dinning.
The hotel overall is a nice place to stay at if you don’t mind airplanes noises all day long but at night definitely was able to sleep with comfy!

Other than very spotty WiFi this place was great. Super friendly staff. The chicken place down the road is fantastic.

Really nice hotel. Centrally located on the hip nimman street. Clean and big rooms with a nice decor. Shower was good and clean bathrooms. Very friendly hotel staff and amazing breakfast
