The hotel is definitely good value for your money. It doesn’t have a continental breakfast, but our room had a large fridge, plates, cups, utensils & coffee. Good choices nearby for dining or shopping for your own. There isn’t a stove or oven & I didn’t notice a bbq, but then I wasn’t looking. I would recommend this hotel if you’re passing through Grand Forks & I would stay there again.

Great updated room but no hooks, garbage cans, bath stopper wasn’t working, housekeeper didn’t leave clean towels nor replace coffee pods.

I liked being able to park right outside the room - made unpacking a breeze. It was hard to keep the various plugs in the sockets, and the air conditioning wasn't up to par - maybe i didn't. know how to use it, but it kept glitching and turning off (thermostat) but wouldn't be very quick to cycle back on. I didn't report it, though.

This room was outstanding. Very very clean ..Attention to detail Everything in perfect working condition Somebody has put a lot of thought work and effort into this room and it shows…a real diamond for the price….😀😀👍

It would be nice if they added a simple breakfast of muffin and apple. The owner was kind and the service was good! Clean quite convenient. Mattress was needing a change.

The motel is nice and locally situated in the town. Friendly staff. Check-in was excellent and easy. Rum was better than expected. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.
