I didn't like having to book thru Booking.com as they are a dishonest site. The last time I booked (Ref #43029801) I was promised a free taxi from Helsinki airport to my hotel. On arrival the taxi was NOT there. It cost me Euros $40- for a taxi to downtown. On my return I immediately submitted a claim, with a copy of my receipt for Euros 40-. I never heard back, and was never paid my 40 Euros. Bunch of crooks!!

the continental breakfast should have included muffins. It was otherwise fine.

This is an older facility and when in the bathroom it shows. There was water damage from above floors and covered up by paint. I stayed at the facility 10 years ago and there has not been any upgrades since just more paint.

Good breakfast, helped to start our day. The location was ideal and close to all amenities and the bed was super comfy.

The room that we stayed in was a little dated and run down, the end bed covers looked worn and dirty and we had a paving crew above us partying, which disrupted our trying to get to sleep.

Suite was well appointed. Suite was clean.

Desk person had to be continually prompted to find our reservation. We received our keys cards but then waited ten minutes while she talked on the phone before finding out what our room number was. Pool was "closed for maintenance". The pool is part of what we paid for. Breakfast was the second worst of our extensive travel experience: Nothing hot except coffee; no cereal; no waffles/bagels; no breakfast meats; no selection of fruit; etc.

we stay here anytime we are in Grand Forks, the staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers is awesome!

I wish the pillows were a little bit larger.

first room given to us had very strong cat urine smell. Had a call from owner on our day 2 of our 3 day visit while we were at wedding to tell me I was going to be charged $40 for a towel and $15 for a face cloth that had been ruined by us ( make up )

We appreciate it the closeness to the city.
