Staff is not accommodating. Asked for room maintenance and they said, every 3 days, that was after the 3rd day. So after 3 days we check out without any room maintenance. 1 person to do rooms. She’s also front desk person. On another day she does rooms by herself from 6:00am until 4:00pm and did not do our room. We left our refuse in the hall and they yelled at us. We explained that there has been no room maintenance. We also ran out of toilet tissue and informed them and they did not replenish. We bought our own and our own tissue as we used it for TP. Upon check out they would not release damage deposit as we left soiled towels in hall due to no room maintenance. I asked to go back up stairs with them and show me where there is damage, she says because there is garbage in room and the towels were left in the hall do they are not refunding my 200.00. This place is run by a skeleton crew and needs more staffing. It is not in the best area of town, but I had put up there while my renovations were being completed.

Noisy fan in bathroom falling out of ceiling. Filthy mattress cover, under the sheets. Stood at counter for 5 mins before we got checked in. No one to be found. Shower was very good though.

This hotel had a great rate and decent location. However, the room was dirty and a bit gross to sleep in. The pillows had stains on the pillowcases. The door had splatters on it. The bathroom had hair in the toilet. The front desk staff were nice but a tad unorganized. Our keycard holder had 4 different room numbers scratched out on it. Finally, the “included breakfast” was a bit of a stretch. It was a bagged breakfast which was decent but a bit poorly advertised. I would choose to stay somewhere else.

My wife and I left within minutes of checking in. The room was dirty, walls looked as if stabbed by knives and holes in the wall, covered by wall paper stapled to the gyprock. The only good thing I can say is the front desk attendant was awesome!!! He was very friendly and polite.

The bathroom was left dirty with toilet used and not flushed(someone else's fresh poop). The carpet was so dirty that the bottom of my feet was black. The area around the premises was very scehtchy. (Homeless, vagrants)

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Upon seeing the state of the room, I requested my money back. They refused, and I lost out. I could not make my kids stay in this room.

having allergies, decided after a physical check, not to stay! facilities with older carpet are just a no no situation for those suffering from environmental allergies, these conditions should be clearly marked by booking agencies! THANKS !

Not impressed at all other than we did get a quiet room. Very small room hard to turn around. A few tripping hazards in the room and a broken curtain. Bed cover is cleaned but not clean I can wired stains there. Breakfast is free which is a muffin and a no name brand Apple juice box. Nothing else.

It was advertised as 2 king bed in a room, but there were two queen bed, none of the rooms has 2 king beds available. carpets were not clean
