Ideally located within easy walking distance of most historical sights. On busy narrow street. Our room was great, no view but lots of light; large entry room with trundl daybed if you're traveling with kids, but if not it's a very nice dressing area. Staff was helpful. Tip. If going on to Cicivheccia to catch cruise, ask for taxi that has a lower flat fee, car service (which is just a taxi) costs 20+% more.

Booked this hotel rather late and got probably the last available room. Although small quite comfortable. The staff is outstanding helpful beyond measure and hotel is in a very central area easy to get everywhere…

Not in a good location safety wise I think this hotel need secure locking doors so at night not just anyone on the street can walk in. I would say there is better options in the city it’s very over priced for the quality of the hotel

We liked the room, the staff, and the rooftop breakfast, and the convenience to shopping a few blocks away, and the convenience store only minutes away.
We didn't like the actual street the hotel faced. Very crowded and fast traffic.

Friendly helpful front desk staff. Room was very clean and modern. Hotel couldn’t be in a more perfect location, walkable to all the sights you will want to visit.

The rooms were nice and clean, the location is great, but what makes this Hotel amazing is the staff — Luca warmly greeted us daily with good advice and recommendations; Georgio served delicious breakfast with great cappuccinos; and Domenico and crew served the perfect Aperitivo martini nightly. We’d definitely stay again.

The lovely rooftop bar for breakfast was a treat. Staff and manager Lorenzo hospitable and kind, the stairwell walking downstairs in beautiful. The room I found comfortable and had everything I needed for a solo traveler. Would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here on our very first visit to Rome over a week ago, and then again at the end of our trip when we ventured back to Rome several days later from our travels. Arianna was exceptional, and so very friendly. I am sad I did not remember everyones name but I can say that all of the staff were, from receiption, to the rooftop bar to housecleaning very amazingly friendly and made you feel special. I love this hotel, the room we were given with terrace is stunning. Rooftop patio and breakfast is also exceptional. A feast for the eyes as well. We would stay here again and I will be recommending it to all my friends! Well done Hotel Otivm! Favourite hotel of our 21 day trip! We walked from hotel to spanish steps, Trevi fountain and to the Coliseum but there are so many more things close you will see what a great location it is.

Perfect location! We had a wonderful stay here…the staff are amazing! Ariana especially made us feel very special and well taken care of! Beautiful rooftop breakfast in the morning. Everyone we encountered were fantastic! We are coming back to Rome in a few days and will stay here again!

The staff displayed extreme rudeness and offered no assistance when my husband fell sick with food poisoning.
Our room was positioned directly above a parking garage, subjecting us to the incessant noise of its opening and closing throughout the night, causing our room to shake each time.
