Not so good

Very poor service the staff at the reception was not friendly, not even greeting guests. The Jaccuzi was not working well, pool is very small. No conditioner and body lotion at toilet. This is my first stay in Premier inn and I won’t choose them again for sure.

Awful hotel. Rooms and bathroom dirty, towels old torn and thin. Toiletries never filled up. Housekeeping was shocking, if you got tea bags you would not get the milk if you got the milk you would not get the tea bags. Breakfast was poor, pastries were hard, staff were rude and very reluctant to refill anything. Exceptional noisy, kids screaming and shouting running around the hotel floors. A lot of noise from other rooms, shouting, banging doors and shouting down the corridors, even after security was called as soon as he left the noise continued until the early hours of the morning. If your unlucky to get a room at the back of the hotel, it us very closely overlooked by a massive tower office block which seems to be occupied 24/7, so when you have all the lights on in your room you feel you have to pull the curtains. The rooms at the back of the hotel are extremely dark due to the tower block behind. Evening meal served on a badly cracked plate ! The standards in this hotel are not even up to UK standards. Avoid this hotel.

I stay in this hotel regularly. At least 2 times a year. So I’m a regular. I’ve paid for late checkout on numerous occasions. This time, I asked for late checkout. It was granted till 2pm, which I appreciated. But I do wonder why, as a regular, the hotel does not make an effort to gain my loyalty by offering me a late checkout at 6pm once a while.

Great staff. They even provided us with an extended check out complimentary since we have a small baby. Breakfast was amazing too. Highly recommended.
