Stayed from September 19th-28th and any issues that came up were quickly resolved. Had a wonderful stay and the customer service from the staff was some of the best in Germany I have seen.

The owner went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The place was beautiful. The building is historic and the rooms quite comfortable with many amenities. We only stayed for one evening but the room could support a much longer stay (kitchen included in our room). We included breakfast and the meal was an excellent traditional breakfast. The staff was also attentive and the owner as well. It was about 15 minute walk to the train station & 30 minutes to the city center.

Unique location, looks like a little castle and you feel like a king. Perfectly located to visit the city by feet. Staff is very friendly and we strongly recommend the breakfast!

The Adelhoff is beautiful and the staff was excellent. On site parking available (for a small cost). Close to many nearby locations, which was helpful!

This was outstandingly good. Enough parkings, a small kitchenette in the room, Sky for free...and very modern and clean. So 10 points out of 10.
Also some free drinks....The only thing you have to consider that reception closes at 18:00. I didn't see that and booked 17:45 for the same night. But they called me and waited for me....and were very friendly. City Centre of Osnabrück in walking distance....top!

Loved the hotel! convenient location, 15 min walk to downtown, 5 min walk to a grocery store.
Very clean and equipped with all necessary items.
Slippers were changed every 2 days. Chololate was left on the bed daily.

Very nice modern accommodations in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the train station. Morning breakfast is ordered through local bakery and can be delivered to your room or taken in hotel lounge area. Very pleasant stay, highly recommended, and would stay here again.
