The hotel is 60 years old. The carpets and fixtures in the room can better. It is not a 5 start as you see on hotels.com or expedia. The gym was closed for the whole 5 days we stayed and front desk did not know about it. There were 6 front desk people (morning and night) and they all gave different information. No refunds, cannot cancel and the manager is no where to be found.They did not allow us to cancel and no refund. On the last day when we were about to leave, they are offering a free breakfast. We were very dissapointed with the service. For the same price, Marriott had a better place and it is just 300 meters away.

The stuff we’re not friendly, the guy in breakfast asking you ten times about you’re room number every day, they don’t speak a word of English, the spa stuff were trouble, she said they have time for massage when she say my girlfriend she said no no, we are fully booked all this week, when I asked the receptionist they said they are always available because the hotel is empty now. So totally disappointed

It is a pretty dated property. Location is reasonable. In trying to keep the French vibe, the doors etc. Seem from a bygone era with substantial wear and tear, particularly the toilet door. Newer properties in the area might be worth checking out.
