Overall a pretty good hotel stay in Chiang Mai Pros: Large suite with a kitchenette, very nicely appointed. The service was great! We visited during a very tough period with Thailand starting to have Covid cases again but the staff was very warm and accommodating. Breakfast was served in the room with a very nice setup. Cons: Bathroom was small and had a bad smell. It wasn't anything too bad but it was out of character for the rest of the property. Also breakfast looks nice but it was barely acceptable in taste.

We love The Chiang Mai Riverside. The service is great, and the room is clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The in-room breakfast service is wonderful.

Nice place, We got free upgrade to the larger room for the first and second day, that was amazing. However we need to change the room for the third and the fourth day. The staff told us we need to change the room on the second day. It will be better if they told us when we check in because we didn't expect an upgrade or room change. The rooms both good but the original one we booked only one bathroom so that is inconvenient for four of us. There is no convenient store nearby, the roads are dark, it takes around 15 minutes by taxi to downtown. Quiet but not convenient for tourists. However, I love the design of the room, elegant, clean and large space in common area, staffs are friendly.

Clean luxurious room with all the amenities. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. They even went out of their way to obtain us cheaper transportation when it was obvious that the local taxi was outrageously expensive. The food and drinks are great with very attentive staff. Their sister property in the city has a great spa with excellent services. Once you are in the room, you don't want to leave since the rooms are so nice! You feel like you are in your own house, only with more luxury. My only negative comment would be the actual location of the hotel as you are away from any restaurants or stores. However, this could also be a plus if you are looking to be secluded and away from unnecessary distractions.

It is an amazingly clean facility with great staff. We had some problem with drinks ordered to room which was half full so had to return it back. Overall its a great place to live while on vacation. I highly recommend this place.

We had a last minute booking at this hotel and they were nothing but accomdating. Exceptional service and would highly recommend for a great experience in Chiang Mai. Very clean and beautiful layout for our 2 bedroom room.

One of the best perks and a highlight of our stay was having breakfast in our room at no additional cost. The night before you put in your order, choosing from 9 different options including Thai, Chinese, and Western style options. Then, at your chosen time, they deliver the meal to your room including setting up your entire table. It was a very similar experience when we ordered room service for dinner. The cost was the same as going to the restaurant (a little expensive, but not horrible), and they would deliver it to the room and set up our table for the meal. There were only two negatives during our stay. One is the location. It's not around much, and you have to drive to get to all of the activities in and around Old City. However, they make up for this by offering rides to and from Tha Phae Gate whenever you want from 7am-9pm. You just have to call them when you need a ride back and they'll be there in ~20 minutes. The second negative was the fitness center because it's basically just 1 treadmill and 1 stationary bike. There are no weights machines and only on set of 5lb free weights. All of that being said, we are definitely going to be bake here if we ever visit Chiang Mai again (or possibly their Old City location which is coming soon)

Over all is excellent, breakfast is good and must try to having breakfast at room. But the Wi-Fi may disconnect sometime, shower water not hot enough and water pressure is small.

We loved staying at this hotel during our visit to Chiang Mai. Everyone at this hotel was very friendly throughout our entire 3 day stay, we were always greeted each morning when we left for the day and each evening when we came back with smiles on all of the staff’s faces and they always asked how our day was (not something we’re used to in the US). Our room was huge and clean and definitely made coming back from a long day more relaxing. They provide a free area shuttle service which we took to and from the night bazaar that also has complimentary water bottles. The location of this hotel isn’t really close to anything if you like to leave and walk to nearby restaurants and activities, but it’s definitely a place worth staying at! Definitely recommend!
