Nice location, confortable bed and good shower. But we had to ask for maintenance twice: first the fridge was not freezing, second the TV had no signal. Staff provided repairs really fast but, for a 5 star hotel, they should check apartments before guests arrivals. We arrived by lunch time and they allowed early check in. Cold water, cookies and apples available for guests at the front desk. Staff polite, but not adorable. A place ok, but for the price and all the context, it’s not a five star.

I was here to rest and recover before my friend arrived to B.A., and the is to their comfortable rooms, delicious room service, and great TV selection that is exactly what I did! I left rejuvenated and ready for my trip! My favorite offering was that breakfast items (Dulce de leche pancakes) were available all day in there beautiful bar.

Great and safe location for walking to the Opera House, restaurants, nice park across the street. Service was excellent, wonderful front desk staff. Room with balcony was very large, comfortable. We had a very nice stay.

Hotel was an excellent choice for discovering the central downtown Buenos Aries. Hotel staff were very accomodating and morning breakfast was quite extensive.

Prior to our arrival, the hotel's concierge, Diego, arranged for our car service with meet and greet and liggage assist from EZE airport to the hotel as well as our return at the end of our stay. This operated perfectly. Our check in experience was quick and we were escorted to our room and assisted with our luggage and the bellman provided a tour of all of the features of our room, which was most helpful. The room as beautifully appointed with a balcony overlooking the Square/green space across the street. The hotel restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and lunch with great service. I would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to beautiful Buenos Aires in the future. Great location and all the amenities and service quality you expect from a 5 star hotel at a great price too! Thank you for everything, Palladio! I look forward to returning one day!
