The customer service was great, the place was clean, great location and the room was nicely decorated.
We were told about the noise in the area and they even told us that if after one night we didn't want to stay, they understood and there would be no penalty. It was loud but we managed and appreciate the heads up.

The hotel is fabulous! The customer service is incredible. They go above and beyond to ensure the guests are happy and comfortable. Matteo was extremely helpful in suggesting local restaurants and activities.

Lots of noise from the street, is one thing. But we stayed at 6th floor, and at 7am the pool cleaning unit started, and the noise from this is so much so sleeping was impossible. It sounded like a construction company was remodeling.
Many of the plants between the floor levels was completely dried out and yellow.
Looked very badly.

In a great, walkable area. Felt safe - there was security at the hotel and someone at the front 24/7. Room was beautiful - great shower and comfortable space. Not a ton of space to hang clothes, but made it work. The front desk warned me that it may be noisy due to surrounding bars and street noise. However, the hotel provided earplugs and a white noise machine. I found any noise to be minimal and the white noise machine was a thoughtful touch. There are some great cafes for breakfast and coffees located next to the hotel, along with a pharmacy/convenience store across the street. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Great value.

Celestino suite was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was in the most perfect spot in El Poblado. I could walk to restaurants (clubs even though I didn't go to clubs were on the block and next blocks over), I was able to walk about 15-20 minutes to the metro train station. The room was clean and well designed. The balcony and all of the greenery was large and nice place to enjoy coffee. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning was very cold. The hotel staff was so attentive, helpful and kind. I loved everything about my stay. I will definitely stay here for my next visit to Medellin.

Staying here was great. Our only complaints is the hot water. In the evening there was no hot water. We figured it was due to guest taking long showers. But one morning literally I had to shower with cold water because no hot water was available. Besides that. The staff was amazing and the hotel was clean and beautiful!

The rooms are beautiful and well kept. The staff is attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a great stay. My only regret is that we stayed only one night

A wonderful hotel & staff. During my stay, I was having a bit of a challenging time. Weimar - who I thought was the manager and frankly should be - helped immensely. It was a personal problem that Weimar helped make less challenging. Thank you

I loved this hotel, it's location, and my room with the balcony. But the music from the neighborhood was blasting until 2 AM so I couldn't fall asleep. But the Front Desk was very helpful in helping me locate a more quiet neighborhood for me to spend the rest of my stay. If I were still partying and in my 20s instead in my 50s, I would absolutely love this hotel!

Nice hotel, good location if you want to be close to parke lleras. Be prepared for some music at night. We made use of the spa, I was a bit disappointed in the beginning as the lady treating me did not seem to have much experience. We got the couple message, eventually the lady treating my partner ended up treating both of us. She did a great job. The manager did not seem to care and offer no apologies nor did she even tried to have a conversation with us on the topic. I would recommend the hotel, however the spa, you can find better options with better service somewhere else.
