Excellent location. However, the room was filthy. I contacted the manager, and I was told to send pictures to support my complain, and after a week, I haven’t received a single word from them.

Staff extremely rude, could not accommodate my early check-in, even though I flew in for over 16 hours, with the excuse that no rooms available. But they were willing to charge half a rate for immediate room availability.

The very attentive staff who appeared to really enjoy doing their jobs. My wife and I felt that although the breakfast had plenty of variety, the quality of the food and freshness was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Maceió is perhaps the MOST welcoming of destinations. This hotel is a good example.

Excellent location. Rooms are big and good quality. Hotel is new, therefore could have been cleaner. Mold is starting to show in the bathroom. Room is not always dusted. Breakfast has a variety of items but many are not tasty. Personnel are very friendly but someone gave us wrong information.

This hotel is about 2 blocks from the beach. It is modern , clean and comfortable . We have arrived early from our flight and they were able to give us the key at noon, but they made sure to tell us that the check in time was at 15:00 . I will recommend this hotel.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe this hotel. Great bed, huge room, fantastic bathroom with great shower. Nice towels and good AC. Breakfast buffet was very good also.

Excellent service at this hotel, easy to find from the train station. Staff were very helpful, this was our first trip to Italy and we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Short walk to the lake and town centre but easy to navigate. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.
