The room was small but comfortable. The bed was ok a little firm. Good choice on the TV. We had issues when we were trying to pay for another 2 nights. We didn't want breakfast and they added it in then they didn't charge us for a late check out which we thought they did then they wanted us to pay but they ended up giving us the late check out for nothing. In general the staff were very nice and the ladies at the reception were lovely.

I arrived at 1:30 AM after a long haul flight from Chicago. Upon arrival, the only information the hotel had for my reservation was my email telling them of my late arrival. They never received the confirmation from Hotels.com and were completely booked for the night. But, they were able to contact the property owner who also had rental apartments and they put me into a very nice apartment for the night. The next day they transferred me back to the hotel. All in all a wonderful experience that could have gone sideways very quickly. I soon found out that this is a very popular hotel with the expat community, with many people telling me that they stayed here during their first visits as well. A great location in Thao Dien. Plenty of great places to eat and drink no matter the budget. Heaps of parking at the hotel and easy to access if you have a scooter and very secure, however if you are planning to spend endless hours by the pool then this is not the place for you, although with so much to do in the area there’s no need to. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. If you want to go into the City it’s a quick trip. Make sure you use Grab (Uber) as it’s simple and very cost friendly. Will be planning another trip back later this year.

Receptionist and door guard were helpful and courteous. Rooms are a lot smaller than I expected. Please be aware space is very limited here at this hotel. I definitelly not recommend for families to stay here. Breakfast was ok but staff was grumpy and unfriendly. I will not stay here again.

Everything was excellent. Very friendly greeting on our arrival, bags taken to rooms , which was important as we has 3 small tired and cranky children

Beautiful hotel, big rooms.. Awesome made to order unlimited free and delicious breakfast. Stunning views from the room and the restaurant.... Rooftop fitness center and swimming pool. Couldn't ask more
