A nice and huge holiday resort with many different possible activities (e.g. Minigolf, bowling, billiards) The check in was quick and uncomplicated, the room was clean and had everything you need, space, TV, shower etc The wellness area was quite small and it seemed like it's available for the public, therefore a lot of kids and teens were running and jumping around. Due to COVID the use of saunas and steam bath was not possible although one sauna was open with a restriction for persons using it. The same for the whirlpool and there were only two people allowed, so you could hardly make it into one of them The fitness area was really huge and well equipped but has different opening times so if you are thinking about booking the hotel because of the fitness area make sure to check the times! Breakfast was good as well although it had been quite late (09:15-10:45), with a lot of different variations of pancakes, eggs etc. Parking on site is available and for free and in my opinion it should never be a problem to get a spot there.

Lovely hotel. Little annoying they charged me late checkout even though I emailed a couple of weeks ahead to say that I would be arriving a day late and could they do late checkout in place of it (because my Flybe flight was cancelled when they shut down). Water Park is a good addition, although it is more like a swimming pool with added wave pool, sauna etc.

Great place for the kids - large swimming area with tropical climate. Also some live music in the evening. Close to the highway so it is a great place to stop over at.

I was surprised by the all the amenities that this hotel had! Several clubs, bowling, kids play area; another area like a jungle gym; an exercise and pool area; spa; at least 4 restaurants and free breakfast buffet - which had SO many choices - including gluten-free breads and options!!! I didn't get to use the pool this time but did bowling and had a lot of fun. They also have a "game room" w/various video type games and whatnot and pool tables and a few other table games like that. I plan to stay this summer if I get the chance to visit my friends in that area again.

Second time staying at this hotel , throughly enjoyed it the comfort and staff are great but i must say the food prices have increased quite considerably.

Fitness area is open on weekends from 9 to 14. Check in is at 15 and check out 10.30, so no fitness for us on one night stay. And we planned for it. Spa area is dangerous I would say. Children and even some adults are jumping in to the pools from the side. Even in the lane area, where people supposed to able to swim. There was no discipline from the "guards". Breakfast was very poor. For 146 euros, I except LOT more.

You can hear doors slamming all the time from all rooms around you (above and below). All the door closer mechanisms need adjusting so didnt really get a good nights sleep.

We stayed here for 2 night's for bsb at Assen , the location was good at night we had a walk into centre which took about 15mins for a meal and drinks , however we were alarmed to see Police at reception Sunday morning as 3 motorcycle had been stolen from carpark and was told the CCTV was not good so we left are bike in front of reception doors

Really disappointed that there was not any tea or coffee making facilities in the room .Many other guests said the same.

Wifi in room needs upgrade as poor most of the times. Also comforter used instead of sheets to sleep with makes it hot at nights.
