Nice clean property. Only complaint is rick hard beds. Otherwise staff people were very nice and location was great. Thank you.

Great stay, overall. Practically in the heart of Sendai. Drove there and the hotel also has underground parking. It does have height restrictions up to 2 meters. Super cheap for overnight, too. Some staff speak english, so another plus. Rooms comfy, and clean. We left our car in the parking underground and just walked everywhere, becauae everything is so close. Parco 1 and 2 are literally a few minutes away walking.

A newer hotel, right in the downtown heart of Sendai, walkable to the train station. The morning market is just around the corner (closed Sundays.)
Staff was helpful. Hotel was quiet and really comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sendai!

Location is great, withing a few minutes walk of the station and shopping areas. Staff was friendly and was able to communicate in English.

I didn’t stay in my room for long since I was mostly out with friends. However, this hotel is conveniently located in the city center. There are multiple connivence stores in the vicinity. I stayed in a Single room but it was more than enough for myself. Staff members are kind and professional.

We had an excellent stay. It’s very easy to find in a very nice location. We were allowed to drop our luggage off before check in which saved us the money of getting a coin locker. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the price was considerably lower than surrounding hotels despite the exact same level of service.
10/10 would stay here again.
