There was a powerful storm on the day I was supposed to return to Fukuoka.
Due to reduced visibility and inclement weather conditions, the cancellation of a sailing was announced for safety reasons.
I tried to call the hotel, but no one picked up.
Then I asked Hotels.com to help with the cancellation problem, but in the end, the hotel refused to cancel.

It was expensive for a capsule hotel, over 9 nights i spent over 50000 yen(i guess cause of the festival?) And the laundry was 3x the price of any hotel i've been to. No free razors. Wasn't very comfortable, and they don't even want you to drink water in the capsule. I wish i would've spent a bit extra for a regular hotel. Only good thing was they had a big tv in the capsule.

It was a perfect accommodation, but...
I applied for room cleaning during the consecutive nights, but I was very disappointed that the bedding was not replaced.

Really great capsule hotel, the semi private rooms are decently alienated. I appreciate that this capsule hotel doesn’t make you check out and check back in for every consecutive day you stay in.

Clean and tidy enough , staff generally nice... What i find SUPER ANNOYING is that for long stays (from 2 days onwards) you have every day to pack all your belongings , check out at 11AM , and check in again at 3PM... You cannot even leave some stuff inside the private locker in your cabin. So i suggest to stay 1 NIGHT ONLY or to carry minimal luggage

Modern new and clean hotel, facilities and amenities are all good. Front-desk is helpful. The temperature in the cabins is a bit high and you can't control it. Other than that, a safe clean place to sleep and freshen yourself up and extremely centrally located, very convenient for walking!

--Great location, very close to the metro and Tenjin underground shopping mall
--The bunks are spacious and the AC works well. The air never felt stagnant even though it was over 90 degrees outside.
--Plenty of showers and toilet stalls
--Very good value
Negatives:
--The private cabins aren't really as private as I was expecting. Instead of a door it's more of a curtain and it doesn't lock, although there is a locker in each room you can keep valuables in. I had a raised bunk and I could see into the hallway over the curtain. Still expect to wear earplugs even if you have a private bunk.
