Well I booked for 3 nights, was not aware that a deposit was needing to be paid which was fine I understand why deposits are important, however when I booked my trip I was told my amount would be one thing and when I got to the hotel it was 22 dollars more then the deposit. I only had what I was under the impression of needing. The lady behind the counter was nice but when my card declined her tone changed. I told her I only had so much and I couldn’t afford it. Not once did she tell me I needed to call the booking agency and cancel the hotel charged me 195 dollars for a stay I didn’t get to take. I have tried reaching out and asking them to please this one time don’t charge me bc it’s all the money I had but no response.

Room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Told the front desk, the lady just gave me an indifferent look like I made it up. By the look of the property, I’m sure people smoke in the non smoking rooms ALL the time. Should’ve gotten half my money back at the very least. It wasn’t worth the $170 I paid for a motel room, that’s for goddam sure.

Arrived after midnight the gentleman at the desk was very nice. As far as the room the king bed was very comfortable along with the pillows, the bathroom when water was ran in the shower in the beginning it came out rusted and had hair in the tub and the lights over the sink could be brighter, breakfast was just 2 kinds of cereal and if you want to call it juice that was all.Over all was quite and like they say you get what you pay for.

The floors in the room were so dirty that our socks were black in a short amount of time. Also, the room wreaked of marijuana coming from one of the surrounding rooms. It seemed as though we were in the book Planes,Trains, and Automobiles by all the noise.

Hair dryer didn’t work. Room smelled like it had been smoked in, bathroom had some sort of ash in it. Water pressure was low. Bed was very comfy and clean. Towels were thin and small.

This place is so gross. There was mold everywhere. The ceiling panels that weren't missing looked like they were falling in from water damage. There were leaves, dirt, and definitely ashes in between the sheets and the blanket. There were stains all over the place! If it wasn't 1 A.M. by the time I got into the room and figured this out there is no way I would have stayed. I had to be back on the road by 8 A.M. and luckily had 2 fleece blankets and a pillow in my car. I put one down to lay on, one to cover up with and used my own pillow. It was so bad that I ended up throwing that stuff away!

Breakfast was only cereal and muffins and barely had any juice. Had a bug in our room. Parking was sketchy and there were constantly workers around the property. Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke when we entered. Would not stay here again.
