Very friendly staff. It’s an old building but that is part of been in Genova. The rooms are large. There is a/c unit in the room but because of the rooms are so large it does not keep the room cool. They need more air circulation like ceiling fans. The hallways felt hot coming in and out of the room. We had breakfast one morning it was okay. Again dining room was warm no ventilation.

There is NOT parking at this hotel. The main reason I booked this hotel is because they indicated they have parking. Once we passed the non refundable window I received a message stating that parking is offered off site at a public parking garage at a discount to our customers and that they can not guarantee a parking spot. The Parking garage was close by, but we had to wait over an hour in order for a spot to open up. Other then the parking issue, the accommodation was basic and clean, Bed was extremely hard, you are off of the main road and can hear the road. The location was good to walk to shops and restaurants. It did take about 20 minutes to get to the Genoa airport the next morning.

We had a wonderful stay July 2024. Claudia was amazing with her recommendations for activities and restaurant suggestions. We ended up leaving a day early due to last minute Taylor Swift tickets, but my teenage daughter and I would recommend this hotel highly.

Hotel room was very large and cleaned daily. The location was great for transport links and located opposite the marina area. The backstreets to the hotel were fine during the day but I wouldn't have felt safe on a night time. The hotel was not aware of our VIP status offered via Expedia

Situated across the street from Genoa harbor, great location for walking to food, shops, attractions and 15 mibute walk from train station. Good size rooms, friendly staff. The only negative was that our shower had some visible mold in it.

Very helpful staff, even though the elevator was not working, the lady at the front desk assisted us, all the staff where very nice, rooms clean, comfortable and in a good area to take hop on hop off, eat, shop, etc

Beautiful property in a well maintained building. The hallways can get pretty noisy and the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Ac worked well and tv had plenty of channels. The only other downside was the younger man at reception with curly dark hair. He was so cold to us and i felt like us just being there was an inconvenient for him.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. When I arrived the front desk staff did not know how to check us in. It turned out that the person at the desk was literally a server from the restaurant. The bathroom in my room was configured very strangely with no mirror above the sink and very poor lighting. The air conditioning unit and bed were positioned so that the cold air blew directly onto the bed and was very uncomfortable. This property has a lot of potential, but they really need to get their act together.
