The staff was amazing, chef Mauro, bartender Lucio, and server Rita Carrera at Chala!! I loved loved loved the vegan mushroom ceviche OMG was it delicious! Also I truly appreciated the vegan options at all of your restaurants.

Nice pool

Worst stay ever!

From our arrival/check in to checking out everything was seamless and very welcoming. Very organized, no confusion when it came to the type of room we booked or anything of that matter. All of the staff that we encountered during our stay were more then helpful when it came to ordering drinks, food, just over all I was more then satisfied with the treatment we received. Grounds were always empicalbly clean and concierge very informative and so was the bell boy when guiding us to our room he went over all the different lounges pools and different entertainment that took place. I will def be staying there again.

First time in Cancun and our family enjoyed our stay in Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe. The staff were all very friendly. The restaurants and buffet were above average. Overall very good.

Property is immaculate. Staff were seen cleaning the pools and etc throughout the day. Santos the bellboy was so helpful from the moment we got there. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The food options were great but most importantly the food tasted so good! Our favorite places to eat were the buffet for breakfast and the Hibachi restaurant for dinner. Drinks at the lobby bar were excellent. The beach was beautiful and well maintained as well. My daughter really enjoyed the activities at the kids club. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would definitely return!

Dated hotel, that claims to be all inclusive, however dinning options are limited, and there is a dress code to just enter the buffet area. Which is not convenient if you are using the beach, or pool area. Bar area in the pool closes super early at 6pm at night all bars and food options are closed. You are stuck w room service

Great resort for the whole family, kids have so much activities to enjoy. For adults the bar by the pool is the best place to be at. Wish they kept more bars open after 11pm

Overall Very nice hotel with exceptionally polite staff. Orlando took an excellent care of us with drinks at the pool. He is simply the best. All entertainment guys, were also great. But Santos and Whisky were always ready to play and make our day funny and pleasant.

We booked this all inclusive resort for five days. The transportation from airport to hotel was very easy through MTS (Mexico travel solutions). Upon arrival at the hotel, we were hosted by Rodo. He helped upgrading our room and offered us the VIP room at very affordable deal. Breakfast and lunch was our best part with variety of food items came up with cleanness, and nicely managed by employees there. Never had to wait long for any drinks or food stuff. This hotel comes with wide variety of dine in restaurants for dinner. Maxal and La Luce restaurant had the best food. Overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

Overall good stay and hotel! Great location, beach, staff and room. Food is decent for the an all inclusive, breakfast could have been better, same thing every day. Gluten free stuff was inedible, just take it away. The only restaurant we liked was the Italian one. The elevator was broken 3 days out of 5 so stairs it is 😝 very slow room service. Comfy beds and great shower and tub!

We have our trip cancel for American Airlines fault and Hilton never refunded the money tab we paid and never used.

The food could be a lot better. A lot of American food; I was looking forward for more options in Mexican cuisine quite a few very disappointing. The only meal we really enjoyed was at the Flama Steakhouse. Other than that, everything else was average.

The resort was very nice and clean. The staff members were very helpful and polite. The food was ok but honestly, I expected more variety and better quality. However overall was a very good resort to spend vacation with the family.

Perfect place for a family vacation. Offers plenty of food options including vegan. Very friendly and helpful staff. They run multiple events throughout the day to make sure that everyone is having a good time. Will definitely recommend this property to people who are looking for a perfect spot in Cancun

My family and I had an absolutely great time at Hilton Cancun Mar De Caribe resort. The last four days were top-notch, especially with our concierge, Jarlin. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond! Also, as an Enclave guest, you must try drinks made by awesome Bartender Carlos at Enclave Lounge. I will definitely be back here!
