Super clean and welcoming! Really enjoyed our stay and the pool and sauna were lovely, especially in these cold days for the Christmas markets haha. Excellent location to go exploring and we would love to stay at more Adina hotels

My three friends and I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. It looked fine, not quite as nice as the pictures made it seem. It seemed more dark and depressing than the pictures for some reason.
My biggest issue was the washer/dryer in the room. I've used European washers and dryers before and I know they're just about the least efficient/useful machines on the planet, but my friends and I needed to wash a few small items like t-shirts, underwear, and socks, and we only had one night to do it.
The wash cycle was fine, but then we couldn't get the dryer to work in anything more than 13-minute increments. When we called the front desk to ask if someone could help us, they said there were instructions on the TV or that we could come to the front desk to get some written instructions, but they couldn't send anyone up.
We didn't find any instructions for the washer/dryer on the TV, got the written instructions, and they were no help. We ran the dryer for about an hour, just by restarting it every 13 mins when it would stop.
We finally figured out how to get it to run longer, set it for 90 mins, and went to bed. I got up to check it in the middle of the night and it was locked and wouldn't open despite it being hours since it had stopped running.
Maintenance wasn't able to come to the room until 8:30 AM to look at it and get the door open. Even after 2.5 hours of drying, our stuff was still wet and we had to use hairdryers to dry them as much as possible before we checked out.

Loads of great restaurants close by and very close to the city centre. Special thanks to the lovely Italian lady (Daniella?) who checked us in and looked after us so well during our stay.

The Adina hotel was very convenient and comfortable. We booked the small apartment style room and the washer dryer — after figuring out how to use it — was convenient and allowed us to wash clothes during our two week trip without disrupting our sightseeing.

It was very nice, spacious, and clean. Staff at check in was super friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good as well. It was very comfortable for my toddler and I.

We stayed for one night, hotel was great. conveniently located and friendly staff. Cool rooftop patio. Hotel parking garage was full so we had to park a few minutes away in a public garage.

The location is great, very walkable from the train station or the tourist locations. Grocery and bakery stores are next door. The museum is less than a block from the hotel. The staffs were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us get some milk for my kid. We were in the property for one night, the carpet was bit damp though.

The carpet wasn't clean. The staff was not very friendly. The hotel says parking available but it is only very limited parking available and the spaces get occupied very quickly. since we had a toddler and lot of luggages it was not convenient when asked to park a couple streets over. Also, the tone they used to convey this was very rude.

Parking garage is very convenient. Our kids loved the pool and the breakfast was nice. Our room was pretty warm and the a/c didn’t seem to help. There was also a lot of loud traffic outside the hotel at night.

Very good value and everything you need for a home from home. We particularly liked the washing machine and the coffee maker (with a bag of coffee provided). The staff were friendly and found us a room immediately even though we arrived before official check in time

Really nice stay. The hotel is within walking distance to most attractions. The room felt very new and it was quite clean. I really enjoyed the help from the staff. I thought they tried to help me any any chance possible.
