The stay was not as it was pictured to be. Too many problems with room. Old smells musty items in room never replenished. Balcony big disappointment housekeeping on higher floors don't care who's below water falling all over food and drinks whole trying to enjoy patio. Food offered is averaged. Hot tub in room spit sand out so that was a big disappointment. Will never stay in this hotel again. Do not recommend. The staff is friendly will go out of there way to help. The views are amazing.

The AC is always on and can not be turned off so if you open the patio door the condensation made the floor like an ice rink. We had a few nights at the Marriot before staying at the Hard Rock and didnt have this problem.
The rooms are very average.
Food was average and kind of what you expect for an all inclusive.

It was okay. I expected more. I did not receive the same treatment as others by the waiters. Not enough water pressure for the toilet. Staff was pushy for purchasing time share and a return stay certificate.

Upon arriving our transportation to the hotel was not booked like promised. Our room never felt cool, always felt humid and muggy. We walked into muddles of water in our bedroom daily because the condensation
from our unit. Our shower water temp never reach above luke warm water. Food was sad and sloppy, steak tasted like it was old. The pizza bar near the main pool was under cooked and would fall apart after picking it up. They were doing renovations to other rooms so the whole floor/rooms smelled of paint. I would choose another hotel until they are done with remodels.

For an all inclusive hotel, i find the food was good, staff were nice, had an issue with our first 2 rooms was switch to another floor. Hotel was a bit old. need some renovation. The water was a bit smelly like algae in it.

Disappointed at this property. The hotel needs renovation asap. Wall plus by pool out of socket, missing paint outside, water in our room smelled like sewage, food was not the best, limited dinning option, waited 2 hours for a table at Toro. The italian restaurant was not good. Staff was friendly and hard working. Overall, out of all the places i’ve been in Cancun, i would NOT go back there.
