I used to go to this hotel for quite a while, the quality of the service it doesn’t match anymore a four star hotel of the Radisson Group.
Couldn’t get dessert at 22:30 the lady saying that kitchen close (it say’s 23:00 on hotel advert)
Half of the staff are migrant worker’s and don’t speak local language….
For a 4* Radisson Hotel this is not acceptable

We stayed there with our dog. He had stomach problems and the service personal cooked specially rice for him, Breakfast,room and personal great.

Ac wasn't working and hotel staff refused to switch our room. No wifi and our room was super hot. My son didn't get any sleep

We had a nice stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Ljubljana. Staff were really friendly and our room was clean. We also loved the beds, they were really comfortable.

All good except the air condition! My room (2nights) was +27*C with running air condition the entire days and nights!
Such a great hotel and this air condition? After consultation the desk guy, he assured me that’s the best we can do!
In the summertime this is a no go! I slept at the food end and lay diagonal in my be to crap some warm wind of the air condition! Is that the way it should be? I was there on a business trip it it wasn’t not really relaxing!
I paid 2 nights and couldnt sleep at all!

The breakfast was excellent offering a full range of foods to suit all tastes.

Very promising hotel, at first glance it felt very convenient and luxurious until we entered the room. Lots of cabinets with nothing in them, no extra pillows, no iron, Air conditioning was not working and the windows were fixed. There was absolutely no air in the room and hard to breathe.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wish their restaurant be more accommodating. Got there couple of minutes after ten and we could not order any food even though bar was open. No other place to eat within walking distance
