The service was really bad. I asked for a kettle in the reception and they said no directly. After 2 days when installed to the cleaner she got me 1 at once. I called the reception and asked if I could store my luggage for a couple of hour and she said it would cost 30 USD. But when I checked out and stored my luggage they didn’t mention the cost. Not a place for parents that are here for surrogacy, they called the police despite providing the documents the hotel requested.

This is the best hotel that I stayed in during my last trip to Colombia. It all started with easy online booking of the room on a very short notice …just one day before arrival. Then, I was allowed to check in two hours before check in time of 3 pm. Room was super awesome. Comfy beds and pillows. Amazing washroom and shower area … very high class setup. Mini fridge with mini bar. Although, I did not know how to turn on the fridge. There is a coffee machine for one time coffee and I was unable to make tea with it or buy coffee pods. Some power outlets do not work… but there are many others that work. Internet is very fast. Hot water comes quickly. There is a very comfy chair and room size is very comfortable. I also used the blanket in the closet as it comes cold at night. There is an air conditioner. Plenty of space to put your cloths. Here is an awesome safe inside the TV table. Many lights in the room including reading lights near both sides of the bed. There is a D1 within 5 minutes walking to buy basic groceries. The hotel has a very prestigious reception with a work area with a fireplace. There are complimentary coffee in the morning and juice in the afternoon just in front of the reception. The free buffet breakfast is one of the best that I ever saw in Colombia … wide selection of all types of food and they can make your own omelette. There is a section for vegetarian. Many restaurants near by and I suggest walking 8 minutes to the famous Parque 93.

Really nice staff, manager is outstanding. Just be careful with the size of the beds. The cook in the breakfast is rough with the customers, but overall, everything is really good.
