I loved Matian Boutique Hotel, the place is beautiful and perfectly kept, all the staff are great, always ready for anything you need and provided a great experience in Tequis. Very short distance walk to downtown square as well

Breakfast is at 9am. Terrible for business travelers who leave the property earlier for meetings. I checked out at 8am to go to airport. No staff onsite. Wifi password not available in room.

The staff was very nice in all aspects of the stay. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The shower floor and walls, shower door railings need to be cleaned and scrubbed Please. It was nice that we could sit outside and enjoy the property before going to the room for the night. Our waiter in morning was very nice and caring amazing service. The food was basic not the taste I was expecting in Mexico the flavor was basic like in the USA. But from the beginning to the end of the stay customer service one on one with any staff member was Great, the town and property stay felt very Safe. Thank you your town is beautiful and relaxing and inviting. I am so Happy we were able to drive and see and learn alittle about it. Until next time:)

It is located about 5 to 7 minutes walk from the main plaza where restaurants and other stores are located. It was convenient for me and my plans. I also scheduled a massage and it was wonderful. I really had a good time here.

Friendly service, great location and overall a very pleasant stay. The rooms (and bathroom) are fine though quite cold and not luxurious but it was a very comfortable bed.
The heated pool is great and the spa service we had was excellent. Food, drinks, spa etc are all fairly priced.

Nice overall. bed was nice, but light outside of room kept me up, the black out curtain did not block all the light. one thing that seems a bit too expensive is the corkage fee 250 pesos to have some wine at the pool area.

The amazing Staff make this Hotel extraordinary. The outdoor area is fantastic to relax and dine. I would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding service. Flexible. Changed our room for a nicer one. Food was excellent. Made a nice fire for wine tasting. Washed our car. Friendly and personable staff/management

Very clean and modern hotel , staff was great. It is very close to the heart of the city. I also liked that the parking lot is gated and monitored by the staff
