Bad experience in, I had a valid booking which they couldn’t find even though they could see on my app. They said it was our issue and I had to contact hotels.com they wouldn’t make a phone call to try to resolve. Luckily hotels.com support was quick and resolved the issue within 15 mins and we were checked in.
We were having coffee across the road and say a worker sat on our balcony, then someone from the hotel moved our washing from the balcony inside so they could clean the windows. Our do not disturb sign was on which they ignored and didn’t try to call me or mention to us that they had done it. And fire alarm went off twice while we were there. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying here

Great position, spacious. Lounge uncomfortable, in need of support in seating. Cushions need a good clean. Bathroom very much in need of attention. Tiles are ready to fall off the wall around the spa bath. Shower recess and surrounds in need of attention.

Being staying here for years. Conveniently located, clean and easy. Pricing goes up and down just make sure you look for the deals. Can get ridiculous expenses be at times

Great location, excellent service on check in. Apartment was spacious ,clean and comfortable. Underground easy access parking an added bonus. Super central with easy access to a range of restaurants if you want to eat out. This is a slightly older property, showing its age in some areas. A great choice for a short stay

Great stay and very helpful service team, but I wish I had known the pool was under planned repairs for our stay. We booked before they had posted it on their website, and we were assuming it was available.
When they decided it would be under long term repair, we should have received communication and had the option to change our reservation. We weren’t offered any discount either.

Perfect. Much larger than we expected and had everything we needed. Very clean and nothing to fault. Owners were super friendly so were the staff. Parking was right next to the lifts, And very central to the town.

Exceptional location that's walkable to everything with great water views. A must try is the Thai downstairs. An enjoyable & peaceful location. We're looking forward to our next stay.

Loved the two spacious rooms (when combined become a great family room) and kitchenette. King size bed very comfortable and very friendly lady on front counter. Would highly recommend.
