The fridge nor the hair dryer worked. Window in the bathroom has to be fixed. Humidity and mildew on the bathroom wall and the hall way to the bathroom, curtains dirty on the bottom from being so long no access to TV Channels,

It was a bit disappointing on the whole. There was no internet availability in our room (Rosso) at any point in our stay. The breakfast was disappointing; we asked for some milk but never received any and on the second morning we received no water or fruit juice. The lift was very small; barely big enough for 2 people with luggage.

It was difficult to check in as we had to predict a time of check in about 24 hours ahead. We then had to contact them 30 minutes ahead to have someone meet us and open the building. There is no front desk check in. There was confusion as to which apartment we were to have . Also the description was for two bedrooms but we only ended up with one bedroom. It was clean and there was nice snacks, coffee and water bottles. Our family was very tired so we felt place was comfortable enough. One window was broken and could not be fully closed so the air conditioning was leaving the room a bit. Over all, I would say it would have been a bit better if we had gotten both rooms instead of one, which made it feel over priced.

Good except mold on ceiling over bath tub. Cleaner is doing a good job on the tub but they should look up at the ceiling.

Very slick and functional accommodations. But I would have preferred to know in advance that there was no real window---only a ceiling window. That was OK, as I did not spend much time in the room, but otherwise, this could be a real disadvantage. The breakfast was very nice.

Well-situated between the old town and the train station, with the waterfront just a short walk away. Lovely breakfast area and service, and clean, modern rooms in an interesting vintage building. Extra points for the name (The White Cat!).

Very central position with easy walking distance to everything we needed. Staff were very helpful with assisting to make our stay as streamlined as possible.

We arrived by train and walked the 10 minutes or so to the B&B. The sign for the Gatto Bianco is next to the door and slightly above eye line so be careful not to miss it, as we did first time! Once inside ours was a modern, clean, comfortable, fully equipped room, finished to a high standard, with tea and espresso making facilities. It also had a fridge which was kept topped up with a couple of bottles of water throughout our stay. Breakfast was the usual continental style with additional eggs on request. The location is just a short walk to the old town of Bari with it's historical sites and numerous shops, bars and restaurants. A great little find, we would stay again if returning to Bari.

Hotel is beautiful. Hotel staff went over the top to be accommodating. Location is central Bari close to high end shopping and walled old city. Perfect spot! Hotel room was beautiful.
