We really like this hotel. I love the way they have designed the rooms with shelves and hooks. And the lobby was great for having out with family.

Was told for the second time at this property that they have to change the accommodations that I made because I booked through a “3rd party”, which was hotels.com. I’ve stayed at this same hotel at least a half a dozen times because the first few times were excellent. Hotels.com should reevaluate doing business with this hotel. All they do is slander you. And will do anything in their power to make your customers feel like garbage. This WILL be the last time I stay here.

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lacking in that the eggs were not real eggs and the pancake mix doesn’t taste like real food. Otherwise the breakfast was adequate.

The staff that checked me in was great, unfortunately that's where the greatness ended. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the soap dispenser did not have enough soap for us to wash our hands, so we kept having to use the body wash from the shower. The toilet would stop flushing intermittently. The elevator worked when we arrived, however when returning from a concert at midnight there was a note that the elevator was out of service, so we had to take the stairs to our room on the 4th floor. The next morning the elevators were still out of service, so we had to lug all of our bags/suitcases from the 4th floor. I'm glad it was just a one-night stay.

The room was very nice, loved the fact that there was no carpet. The shower leaked terrible and made a big mess on the floor. The elevators were broke. We were on the 4th floor so this was extremely inconvenient, especially since there are no coffee makers in the room. The breakfast was definitely below par.

Clean. LOVED the remote check in. I had to get the app set up and it didn't register at first showing the ability to unlock my room with my phone, but had quick response on the chat to fix/update the issue. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

We stayed here when we were evacuated out of a youth retreat while we waited for our flight the next day. Us along with many more flooded this hotel and were met with great service. The 2 ladies that worked the morning of the 11th deserve a raise. It was only 2 of them and they handled the big crowd of people for breakfast amazingly. They kept smile on their faces even though the groups went through the food so quickly. Please give them a raise or bonus.
