Not my first time staying Mimaru brand of hotel. Their rooms are clean and spacious enough for my family of 4.

The staff is so pleasant and friendly. They were extremely helpful and delightful to deal with every single day. This is the perfect location for families. The rooms are clean and wonderfully designed to accommodate our family of five. We are close to the Tokyo Metro so getting around is easy and we were no more than 30 mins from most places we visited unless we were leaving the city. Great places to eat around the facility as well. I look forward to staying not only here again but some others across the country.

We arrived 3 hrs before check-in; and possibly because we arrived on a typhoon day, we were able to get our room early for no extra cost. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well.

Its a great option if you have a large group or travelling with family. They can accommodate a family of 4 easily. Location is good, although a bit away from larger stations like tokyo or shinjuku station. You need to take another subway line (Tozai line) to get here from tokyo station. Theres a decent selection of reataurants nearby. Overall a decent option.

The air system of the hotel has very strong bad smell. Not sure what kind of “scent” they use… difficult to breathe.
Location is far from Tokyo station. Room is small even we booked for the biggest room…

It is an okay experience. It was a little far from the city, but close to the train station.

I liked how convenient this property is to the subway stations. However, it would have been better if they could provide some bed tidying on days when sheets need not be changed as a value-added service. overall, it was pretty good for my family of 4!

Overall it was a nice stay. Short walk to subway station. Stayed three different Mimaru properties during this trip and this one is my least favorite. Seems overpriced compared to other Mimaru chains. Probably it’s in Tokyo.
