Me and my son stayed here for our trip to the zoo! Everything was Amazing from check in to check out everything went smoothly and everyone was so friendly and helpful! The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and tidy will be back in a couple weeks for a longer trip

That room was worse than minimalist! No storage, tiny hanging space, no where to out food or anything else, bare floors that were freezing cold. Honestly felt like a prison cell, I hope your designers get a reality check and have to stay in those rooms wow! No coffee machine, no microwave, bare bones. A Hilton product?? What a joke!

I drive between Cleveland Sarasota sometimes several times a year and stay here every time I take I-77. I'm never disappointed. Always very clean, friendly and prompt, and you can find deals if you look a little bit. My favorite place to stay!

I was here for a swim meet at the university nearby. I have never been to any hotel that the staff was so friendly. From the front desk staff, to housekeeping and maintenance. Rebecca in housekeeping really made us feel at home. We asked for an extra pillow and she went above and beyond bringing us several extra pillows and water and popcorn because she knew we were going to be watching movies. Congratulations on an amazing staff!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and cheerful, and I was able to check in without any delay. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and my room was comfortable and well-appointed. The view was of the parking lot, but this did not bother me as I was not there to look out the window. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, which was ideal for me as I am not good with directions. There is also a convenience store on the corner, which was very convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely stay with this brand again. Although it was a bit out of the way for the event I was attending, they were the only ones with a room available at a reasonable price, which I appreciated.

Loved the cleanliness and great condition everything that I noticed. Room was comfortable. Could use some more internet channels. Only other comments I have: water pressure in shower was pretty low. Breakfast was good but not great. Had scrambled eggs and sausage both days. Pancake machine didn’t seem to be working well.

The front desk staff were not always there. Unfortunately, I did see the staff take cigarette breaks out front. I needed to purchase some items, but without anybody attending the front desk I couldn’t.

Had a great stay at TRU. Staff was friendly and very efficient. Especially Lisa who was the night clerk. She was addressing everyone's needs and was super busy but still courteous.

Everything was very very good. I love the new design of the rooms and their setup with a lot of thought. "But" my only dislike is that the fan in my room will run all the time. There is no way it will stop even if you shut down the unit.

My only complaint were
The Bed Pillows! Not good- to flat.
