I will not come back or not recommending at all. Food is terrible and not much choices. The same food everyday. Service is no good, special mention, Lucrecia Restaurant. Worst food i ever tested and air conditioning is was not working

This was my second year consecutive coming to Dreams Vista and once again we had an AMAZING experience. We have to be specially thankful to Jorge, Dania and Kendor at the beach/pool area who were so nice and provided incredible service! Esteban was also unbelievable!!! We has our chef at Himitsu during the Teppanyaki table experience and he was so nice and funny! Carlo’s, at the Desires sports bar was also very nice and welcoming! Excellent service!

horrible arrival time, no early check in. no call when room was ready we had to go and ask. room had no function air condition. had to complain about 4 times before getting a new room, that only had cold water. 90min meeting for preffered signup turned into 3 hours then they get mad when you dont sign up. Wendy was the only employee who listned to our concers. as far as restaurants waiters were also great, that was prob the best part of the hotel. dont waste your time and money here.

Very nice property, very clean and the staff is amazing

This property is not friendly towards foreigners. Additionally, I received a facial at the spa, and the technician gave me Covid. Unfortunately, I spent the last day of my trip sick in bed with Covid. Lastly, I felt that the locals did not pay the same rate to stay at the resort. I will not be returning

It was not worth the money we paid. We upgraded to VIP and premiere thinking we were going to get extra care or extra incentives but didn’t get anything close to it except for being able to use the adult pool on the rooftop and restaurant. The hotel itself is nice and clean but staff was not very friendly. Some were nice and helpful, most were rude and didn’t want to help us at all with anything. I’m not sure if it’s because the hotel was understaffed but def didn’t receive the best care or service. I called front desk for 3 days straight regarding our AC not working in the room and it never got fixed or resolved. Didn’t offer to change our room either. Most dining closed early and certain days it was not open at all. Not enough area to just hang out if you’re in a big group. No dessert or coffee shops like other resorts. They only have room service after a certain time. My husband and I went to eat at the buffet for breakfast but they turned us away to change our shoes and clothing. I asked why and they said they are trying to change the dress code. We were wearing sandals, shorts and tank tops. But I brought up the fact that almost everyone in the buffet had on sandals, bathing suits, shorts etc and they didn’t have an issue with it. I brought it up to the manager and they didn’t seem to care or even apologized. I highly recommend staying elsewhere and don’t waste your money on this place.
