Really enjoyed my stay at Riva Luxury Rooms. Location was convenient and walkable. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Liked the convenience of having keyless entry to the property and not needing to worry about a key.

Great place to stay in the centre of Split. Very quiet in room considering liveliness going on all around outside. Clean and modern, would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in Riva Luxury Rooms. The room itself was great, very clean and comfortable. The location was great, with a little view and very close to the Riva, with great restaurants just downstairs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only downside to the rooms are that they are upstairs (which isn't bad) but there is no elevator (which is bad). As you get older, stairs and carrying heavy luggage gets more difficult. Overall, great place, and we would stay again.

Good location. No lift. Make sure you pre book parking (doesn’t say anywhere you have to prebook and was a drama when we needed multiple car parks - even though we had booked 4 out of their 6 rooms) The women who checked us in was there for the majority of our stay and went above and beyond to help us in all ways during our stay. Exterior hallways - which are shared with other accommodations look like something out of the post war era. Once inside our rooms however they were all modern, very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location.

Great location . Room clean . Staff very helpful . First impression when you walk through the front door you wonder what you have booked but when you get to the accommodation it is lovely

Easy check in. Blanca was waiting when we arrived and showed us the parking space. The apartment is very close to Riva promenade and the old town. We had a lovely stay.

Had a fabulous stay at Riva Luxury Rooms! Starting with our transport from the airport, the gentleman who escorted us was absolutely fantastic, super knowledgeable about the area and history of Split and even texted us personalized recommendations of places to eat/visit. The location of this apartment can not be beat! It’s literally steps from the promenade and so close to all the action! But yet you couldn’t hear any of the noise through the windows so we were able to sleep soundly. The room was huge, the bed super comfortable. Would certainly recommend anybody traveling to Split to consider this place! Fantastic!

Great location, although a bit hidden/difficult to find. Was able to keep in touch with reception and she came out and guided us where to go so it was much easier to find. She was very kind and gave us tips for our trip. The room was very spacious and clean with all of the amenities we needed! We are right in the middle of the main strip which was great since everything was walking distance! Overall great stay, we enjoyed it!
