We arrived around 11:00 after travelling from 04:30 and were delighted that our room was ready for us. (Check in is from 16:00 I think)? Lovely warm, comfortable hotel. Our room was a great set up (family room). Two bedrooms, two showers and two toilets and a seated area where we could dine.Location was excellent too, especially for families, very close to shopping, train station and landmarks a short walk away.

Really enjoyed staying with you. I think the only missing piece would be a bath robe and an upgraded gym if I could improve anything.

Really nice new hotel. Convenient location, cozy and practical rooms, nice gym and spa area. My only critique would be that the gym gets quite hot, since it's right next to the spa and swimming pool. An AC would be great there. Otherwise really good hotel.

All was good I got a family room was great. But the breakfast was not special no avocado, little selections of cheese, no honey and no fresh eggs aa I wish. The restaurant doesn’t have a good coffee machine.

Brilliant stay in a terrific hotel. Family room with a separate bedroom for the kids was great, penthouse pool was lovely, breakfast was included and delicious, and a great location next to the railway station but a short work to the old town. Highly recommended

Nice stay at this busy hotel. Central but not a pretty location as it’s close to the mall and train station. We knew that when we booked.

Great size room and shower with sauna and spa
Level 10 was quite noisy from the pool area above us at times.
If you’re a coffee lover, breakfast may disappoint a little as the machine was not working well.

The property was relatively easy to find being a 1 min walk from the front of the Utrecht central station. Check-in was easy and efficient. The hotel is clean, bright and secure. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
